BushBrawler designs and manufactures 3D-printed products and accessories primarily for use within the airsoft hobby.
Our products are designed for their stated purpose and should only be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product and any additional safety information provided by BushBrawler.
Responsibility for safe use
The customer is responsible for using BushBrawler products responsibly and in accordance with the supplied instructions.
Products must only be used for their intended purpose and should not be modified, altered or used in a manner contrary to the instructions supplied by BushBrawler.
Never use a product if it appears damaged, cracked, excessively worn or otherwise compromised.
If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended application, please contact BushBrawler before use.
Airsoft Use
BushBrawler products are intended for use within the airsoft hobby and, where applicable, at suitable airsoft sites or events.
Always follow the rules and instructions of the site or event organiser.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any product they purchase is permitted at the site or event where they intend to use it.
BushBrawler cannot guarantee that a particular product will be permitted by every airsoft site or event organiser.
Product Modifications & Upgrades
Some BushBrawler products are designed as replacement or upgrade components for existing airsoft equipment.
Installing an aftermarket component may alter the operation or characteristics of the equipment it is fitted to.
Only install products if you understand their intended use and are satisfied that the resulting equipment is suitable for your intended application.
Where an upgrade requires modification of an existing product, the modification must only be carried out in accordance with BushBrawler's instructions.
3D Printed Products
3D-printed components are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes.
Minor variations in surface finish, colour, layer appearance and dimensions can occur between individual prints. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Products should be inspected before use and periodically thereafter.
Product Safety
BushBrawler takes product safety seriously.
We design, manufacture and test our products with their intended use in mind and provide relevant safety and usage information where appropriate.
If you believe a BushBrawler product may be unsafe, defective or unsuitable for its intended purpose, stop using it immediately and contact us.
Please provide your order details and, where possible, photographs or other information describing the issue.
Where a product presents a safety concern, BushBrawler may investigate the issue and take appropriate corrective action where necessary.
Experimental & Prototype Products
Some products may be supplied as prototypes, beta products or test units.
Where a product is explicitly identified as a prototype, test unit or experimental product, it may be undergoing further development and testing.
Such products will be supplied with any specific limitations or instructions applicable to the test programme.
Do not use experimental products outside the conditions specified by BushBrawler.
Ignition, Primer & Specialised Products
Certain BushBrawler products or upgrades may be designed to interface with specialist ignition systems or other components.
These products require particular care and must only be used exactly as specified in the relevant product instructions.
Do not substitute components, ignition systems or materials unless BushBrawler has specifically confirmed that the combination is suitable.
Where a product requires additional components that are not supplied by BushBrawler, the customer is responsible for ensuring those components are appropriate and legally permitted for the intended use.
Legal Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, possession, modification and use of products.
This includes any requirements applicable to airsoft equipment, imitation firearms, components, accessories and their use or transportation.
Products must not be used for unlawful purposes.
Where applicable, customers should check the rules of their airsoft site, event organiser or relevant authority before using a product.
Children & Young Persons
BushBrawler products are not toys unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Products should be kept away from children unless the specific product has been designed and supplied for their use.
Products containing small parts may present a choking hazard.
Intellectual Property
BushBrawler designs, product names, branding, photographs, CAD designs and associated documentation remain the intellectual property of BushBrawler unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical BushBrawler product does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, modify for resale, redistribute or commercially exploit the underlying design.
Digital files are subject to the specific licence terms supplied with the relevant digital product.
